I can only comment on their key cutting service. And so far, I've had zero issues, both for my last home and my current, all the keys have worked perfectly.

Really poor service. I greeted the guy working there and asked ?do you repair shoes? to which he smirked as if how dare I ask such a stupid question. He was then very unhelpful and made me feel stupid for asking. Really poor customer service.

One word - thieves.I went there to cut a key for my car (the original key?s box had broken and couldn?t use it really. I bought a new key online and went there to cut the actual key. I was told that neither there nor in any other places such a service is available (due to anti theft policy- according to the guy). I was offered a new box with a key for £50 (!!). I found it extremely expensive but was a bit desperate so agreed to pay. When I came back, I found that the guy put my old key with the electronics into the new, poor quality box. That?s it. I basically paid £50 for a cheap key box and 15 minutes service.2 weeks later I saw another keys cutting service in the area and asked by curiosity if they cut keys for my type of car - they do and it costs? £10Avoid this place if you don?t want to be robbed!!!

Very arrogant and abrupt man behind counter. Always makes it seem an inconvenience to serve any one. Several times I have tried to use the services at this branch and each time left because of the bad attitude of that man. Final straw when he quoted a price that was £5 more than I knew the price should be. I questioned the cost and he became quite rude and insisted he was right. I checked at another branch and he had ?mistakenly? added £5 to the actual cost.

What an appalling organisation! They did not even answer the phone when I had a genuine enquiry.I have also had experience of the company cutting keys for me. The keys cut, did not work in the lock they were supposed to.With the examples of the pathetic services company offers, please follow my advice and do not use them.Find another company that will do the work that you require to an accurate standard.

Destroyed the face of my watch while pressing the back on after a battery change.Have had to ship it to the manufacturer for repair, no idea what that is going to cost yet...Would recommend taking watches to an actual jeweller who knows what they are doing.

Lovely shoe smith store and key cutting?. I think they do laundry services and some engraving services?.. I use Timpson to cut a key the service was fast, professional and efficient?. The cost For 2 keys was £ 12 ? the gut working in that Sunday shift was nice polite and cheerful. I was very pleased with the service

Excellent service. Managed to fit in a rush job at very short notice, namely stretching tight shoes for swollen feet to wear at this week's Buckingham Palace Garden Party in 48 hours time. Thank you, James
