Useless staff, wish I never bothered in 1st place, manager doesn't care about customers whatsoever. Three customer service it self is absolute joke. Avoid!

Absolute waste of time, I have 4 contracts with 3, they?ve just done a ?migration? which somehow moved my payment date from the 28th to the 25th which didn?t work for me, spent 3 weeks trying to get it sorted both in store and on the phone, no body could really help, the only way of finally getting it sorted was for me to pay 2 months worth of bills in one month to get it back to where I need it to be, not good, then I did an early upgrade, paid a substantial amount to change early only not to be told that even though I have paid off that contract, they still take another payment out before the new one starts? Surely if I have paid something off it?s paid off? Called the call centre to see what had happened to be told to go to the store that I got the phone from, I don?t have the time so called them, manager wasn?t available but would call me at 2pm didn?t call me so had to chase myself, richard the manager hasn?t got a clue about customer service and insists on calling people ?Mate!? Which I find very unprofessional when he doesn?t know who I am, and has never met me, he certainly hasn?t built up enough rapport to be calling me ?Mate? very unhelpful both on the phone and in store, funny how they?ve asked me to fill in a customer satisfaction survey for them? I can?t wait for that to come through!

Scammers ! Had a plan for 10£ for 6 months and 20£ rest .took 30£ for a whole year ????.had been contacting since 1 year but the customer service just transfers the issue to another one or some excuses.and only got refund for 6 months only ?.avoid three at all cost .
