Staff were very dismissive and told me I just needed to buy a new phone I went in with issues with data. Had to go all the way to Tunbridge wells to go to another store where all they did was change the sim card and it was fixed. Didn?t even try to help me consider other options.

I went to the 3 store today with an issue with Paramount + on my contract .
After several attempts with webchat ( call centre ) who had not managed to resolve the issue.
Danny ~ the assistant manager was OUTSTANDING!.
He also contacted the call centre for me , once again several calls failed to resolve the issue .
He then managed after some considerable effort to resolve it , and installed it for me .
Excellent, patient service. Definitely went above and beyond !

Great experience, my partner was helped by Michael the sales advisor. He was patient, funny and willing to answer all random questions whilst serving my partner.

I had great experience before but now the guys are really rude and not helpful at all
Whenever you buying phone or sim the are their to rip you but when you have a problem the not helpful you at all I will definitely not renew my contract with them

Great unless you want to make a call or use your phone. Then the service will fail you and let you down.

Very poor service from the staff (specially the man with the assistant Manager badge). When we tried to cancel the contract, they were unhelpful and directed us to call their numbers instead. This wasted a lot of our time, and they also debited more than the agreed contract amount.?

Extremely rude staff went in their the other day for me and my partner to get new phones micheal was so rude towards my partner my partners phone had died due to his phone being completely broken battery life goes quickly as anything so micheal I think his name was offered my partner his own phone wire for the time being he told my partner he wouldn?t need phone after the first bit was done turns out they did need it so when my boyfriend went back to charge his phone with the charger micheal made an unnecessary rude comment saying ? I don?t get why he just don?t leave his phone over their ? but it was said it?s a snarky tone. Extremely rude!! And to make it worse another colleague was basically shouting at this women I?m not sure what her problem was they was trying to sort out because I was mainly focused on getting my own phone and in the end we didn?t get the phones because we had enough of the rudeness in the store
Highly recommend going to o2 much nicer and kinder staff unlike
Three o2 helped us more out with the phones instead of being so incredibly rude like three employees

There is little help, you should always ask whether you need to top up or make a plan. And now the Internet has disappeared altogether. Who will reimburse 35 refills every month
