I?m a secret shopper. I must say it was a terrible experience. Two female members of staff were behind the counter making stupid noises and talking about vaping. I believe there was a male manager of some sort with them. There were customers in the store being completely ignored. All I could hear was stupid noises from the female staff behind the counter. It was like a bunch of 4 year olds were running the shop. I am supposed to purchase something to rate the service. But the noise was so ridiculous I left without attempting. I find it hard to believe that these people were trained at all. ?

I bought a set of canvases a few months ago as they were on offer. I already had a few to work on, so I didn't open the pack until today.Little did I know that when I opened the pack(it was still in plastic wrap), the canvases were such bad quality. The wood seems mouldy, and the material is not even attached correctly to the frame. Very disappointing, such a waste of money

I was served my the store manager Stephen. First of all the store and everything in it was absolutely beautifully presented (Most stores are abit messy so it's harder to find things) and secondly, most importantly, the customer service I recieved from Stephen the moment I entered the store was 10/10. I got everything I needed and more because I felt so comfortable to ask for more help. Thank you again for the wonderful experience (sorry if I spelt your name wrong Stephen, I forgot to check with you before I left )

Love this store, the staff are so friendly and helpful. There's so many bargins crammed into the store it is an Aladdins treasure trove. Great prices too. Thanks to Stephen and Nicks (so sorry if I've spelt/got your names wrong) for being especially great.

White Priming Guesso, Charcoal, Sketching Pencils, Quick Drying Clay, Stationary. And Craft Materials that One Can use to Decorate objects such as boxes similar to Jewellery Boxes.They Stock Scientific Science kits such as Gem discoveries in Stones. As Well as a Large Selection of Various BooksIf One is Artistic and Enjoys the Crafts The Works is Definitely Worth A Visit Considering that it's Products are very Inexpensive.

The staff at The Works in Week Street provides excellent customer service, especially Tash. We have stopped going to Thr Works in the mall as the service is definitely not the same.

Good place for craft, colouring, cheap paints etc and books! Lots of books! At 3 for £5 it's worth the nose.
