Absolute disgrace of a store. I have cptsd and I have to look through the window to see if the person working in there is nice. I've had staff poke jokes at my hair I could hear them in the other aisle, I've had people talk about me behind my back, an older woman with brown hair always looks at me like crap on the floor. There's only a few nice people in there. Rose is amazing very kind amd helpful. Eric really scares me his eyes follow me round the shop like some creep as I'm trying to do shopping. There's also a new woman in there who just pushes people out the way to get where she wants. I've been shopping in there for 10 years and it's never got better the amount of times I've complained and nothings done.

Andrew on the till was in a bit of a rush to stuff my shopping into a carrier bag (I hesitate to say ?pack the bag?) and get rid of me today. He seemed genuinely at a loss to understand why I didn?t want him to drop a four-pint bottle of milk on top of a cream cake, and wasn?t at all impressed when I unpacked the bag and showed him how to put heavy stuff at the bottom.I thought that doing so was rather obvious, but apparently not.

Racist behaviour to the customers by a old fat British lady who was in the till .This happened to me today at 7:20 pm .I got really frustrated by her behaviour as i was shopping with my husband she took the monster drink away which we bought and she was so rude not even ready to attend us.She was not even ready to see my soft copy of my ID and i am 30 years old. Tesco people really need to sort these type of staff out as i am a regular customer and i never had such terrible experience before .I am not happy to shop at this tesco again and i felt traumatised

As an ex cleaner for tesco I would recommend shopping here but I have found that in some stores the staff can be rude and short fused at particular busy periods of time but that doesn't prevent me from my shopping needs

some nice staff, but a few who are particularly obnoxious, but thankfully there are self service tills. its overpriced for basic stuff, just about okay if you're absolutely desperate for essentials. overall a not very pleasant atmosphere to shop in
