Member of staff took my item,scanned it,took money out of my hand & gave change.Not word was spoken,no thank you,no smile.Miserable woman -I avoid this shop whenever possible

Been gioing here for years now. I never seen the shop so messy with delivers not put away and rubbish , staff smoking out side had to ask them to get served. I'm guessing under new management. As I haven't seen any of the old staff in there for while shame as the old staff were so friendly and professional

I used to shop in here quite a lot during lock down and found it had most things I required. On a recent visit I noticed the range of of products has been considerably reduced. The staff are friendly and helpful and should get 5 stars.

Very quiet at 7.30pm. I'm familiar with the store layout but being a smaller store things are easy to find anyway, laid out in a logical manner (no spring onions next to daffodil bulbs ?) and items I wanted were in stock. Didn't pay much attention to shelves as I got to the section I needed but there weren't any glaringly obvious gaps! Friendly staff, quick service... Just remember the self service machine is card only!
