This is probably the best supermarket ever, if you rate service and friendliness. It is also well stocked and has a good range of goods for a relatively small store.

Though small by supermarket standards, shopping here is a much better experience than elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and obliging, and you can nearly always find a staffed till (I hate self-service when you've got a trolley full of goods). A special thanks to Mandy for her advice on mince pies this week!

Great store well stocked with friendly staff. Always a wide range of products from fresh to frozen foods and overall a great shop. Parking is always available and access to the shop is good, plenty of disabled parking close to the entrance and always an available checkout when I have visited.

I visited Tovil Maidstone this morning around 9am. What a smashing young man at the customer services desk. He took the time to ask how I was and have a lovely day. Thank you Sam for making my day brighter. I only purchased some scratch cards from him for my elderly mum and dad. Then I said I was doing some more shopping as it?s my parents 66 th anniversary tomorrow. I bought some flowers wine and chocolates. As I was leaving Sam also asked if I needed a flower bag. What a nice fella. Hope you reward Sam. He?s the perfect employee for your storeThank youJane Burgener

Absolutely appalled to be treated the way I was tonight. I asked my 20 year old daughter to purchase some alcohol for me as she was already going to this store. She took her ID with her. However, because she took her younger brother with her they refused to sell it to her. In view of this I walked to the store myself on my own but when I went to pay I was surrounded by three members of staff who said they could not sell me the alcohol as it was the same alcohol ?two kids? had just tried to purchase ?. I am 52 years old! My daughter is 20 and if legal age! How dare they treat me, a regular loyal customer, in this way. Are they saying no adult can purchase alcohol in case they will give it to a child? Stop selling it then! Ridiculous.. you have just lost a loyal customer not to mention friends who are also appalled at your so called ?customer care?. When I said this to staff they just said ?so??wow! Just wow Tesco. Disgusting!
