Having read down the reviews, especially the 1* ones, there's some proper ejits in the area. Chris Bethell says about the photo booth being out of order. It's not a tesco problem you utter melonhead but the 3rd party that owns it. Ring them! Clown.
I normally shop Friday night and there's two guys who run this store from the till area with passion, charisma and damn right dedication. Pleasure to be a customer ??

Yet again I've had to leave the Maidstone Grove Green store without completing my shopping. The music is far too loud, especially in the second half of the store and unbearable at the freezer end. I have to shout to anyone I am with, I've mentioned it before to staff, but no one cares, which is disappointing as I would have thought it was an easy fix. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has been driven away. Why is their inappropriate music so loud? It can't be good for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this will mean we will be defecting to Aldi permanently.

Large supermarket with adjoining fuel station. Plenty of parking which is free for a couple of hours. Good parking and access for wheelchair users. Has public toilets.
Sadly they do not have their own cafe but a hugely overpriced Costa. It's cheaper to pop over to the pub, it's literally a 2 minute walk, their coffee is cheaper!
There are never enough normal checkouts open. The self scan is frustrating,slow and throws up loads of problems, please keep just a couple for those with a couple of items and bring back more efficient checkouts operated by skilled checkout assistants.
The fuel stations price are at the lower end but not the cheapest around. Pay at the pump or pop in the shop.

This is a Tesco store, clean and well stocked, however, for some reason Pink was blasted at full volume over the tanoy system. Added that the store has the acoustics of a public toilet, plus a screaming infant, the visit became an auditory torture experience that kick started my tinnitus. I won't be back.

Long waiting time at customer service. This is the only place where you can buy cigarettes (not at the normal cash registers).
