I give this one place one star as I went to get a full wax on my face that cost £26-£27 and the woman left hair on my face , leaving me unhappy and sore , she did 2 wax jobs and then threading , to which when I go to any other beautician they actually remove the hair , but this place didn?t and still charged me , very unhappy

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows threaded with Kubrow! The staff is incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. They took the time to understand the shape I wanted and delivered perfect results .If you?re looking for beautifully shaped brows without the fuss, I highly recommend Kubrow. I?ll definitely be coming back for regular visits ? they?ve earned my trust completely!

I won't be shopping here again after being made to feel extremely uncomfortable by staff. I was followed around the store at close quarters whilst being glared at. I can only assume this was because I placed my phone in my bag after I finished speaking to my daughter. I work as a deputy manager in retail myself so I am fully aware how staff should behave with respect to customers.I left the shop shaking with anger. I asked the staff if there was a problem and got nothing but a grimace in return.

Rude staff who was stocking shelf i was trying to buy and look at something would not move and care. Atleast have some customer care. Just rude blocking the shelf when i need to look and buy something.

This Superdrug is inside the mall right across from Boots.It is a big Superdrug that is well stocked.Parking is available in the mall or outside across the street. Disabled and electric car parking is available outside the mall in the car park.
