Very lovely and helpful staff, was quick to be seen. Cost of the glasses was broken down thoroughly so i fully understood what i was paying for. Staff was very patient and created a welcoming environment.

Helpful staff (without being overbearing or pushy) and wide selection of glasses. Anushka did a wonderful job fitting my glasses - I usually struggle to get a good fit but Anushka sussed out what needed doing instantly and gave me the best fit on my new glasses and adjusted my old ones too. Anushka was helpful, approachable and professional - I will be asking for Anushka next time as she's given me the best fit I've ever had on glasses!

If I could zero I definitely would firstly had my eyes checked brilliant I thought the service was only to find when collecting my glasses only to be told only one pair there so I got a £45.00 refund for the inconvenience caused and to also we told that on my eye check the young girl who I gave glowing reference to the manger had completely got my subscription wrong so I wondered why I had so much problems with them on my return to collect correct glasses I was informed by a senior member of staff I could only a £5.00 of my £50.00 refund due to no manager on site as I explained I was told this will be sorted out on my second visit I was so fed up with this awful service I gave the glasses back and got a full refund so what I don't understand is why couldn't I got the £50.00 back and then no issues , I certainly will never be using Specsavers again at any branch oh I'm even having to wait for my subscription so I can get glasses elsewhere.cant wait for a response if they can be bothered to give one

I went in on Tuesday 29th July and I was being dealt with by Sam, he was brilliant, helped me pick out my glasses and made sure I didn?t look like a Lego brick, went back today 7th August to come collect my glasses and was handled by Sam again who was once again great, very welcoming and has a great sense of humour! Give the guy a pay rise! He deserves it ??
