Google is incorrect in saying that Smyths is a Jellycat store. We drove quite a distance only to find this out the hard way.

2 separate occasions i have gone to this smyths and 2 people have have shown the worth to your company in smyth in Aylesford.
1. First one was Nicky in the baby room section helping us fit our new baby seat into the car on her break. Plus settle our little bundle of joy who was having a grumpy day
2. The other was a American man didn't catch his name, but had helped us choose a Scooter worthy of our daughters birthday. Listening to what I wanted to make her safe. With flashy lights.
Please look after these members of staff who make your shop a pleasure to go to. I look forward to my next visit .

Found the manager & staff to be helpful and fair. They handled an overstocked product morning queue very effectively with a ticket/number system to ensure the limited stocks were well communicated with those waiting. Really impressed with the professionalism. 16/05/25

It's a superstore full of toys. That's a 5 star review in itself. Take your kids here, have fun and buy them stuff or you're a terrible parent. Friendly staff

Visited the Aylesford store today and was served by Hannah. She helped us choose a new car seat and helped us fit it. She was so helpful and really knew what she was talking about with the car seats. Thank you for making it an easy experience Hannah! Great customer service!

A little toy-heaven for the kids. Wide range of toys, correct prices, good discounts, friendly staff, and if you don't want to pay extra for the delivery, just make an order online and collect it from the store for free.

They NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I?ve tried 10 times over three days. Easier to drive the ten miles to go there and see if they e fixed my grandsons bike. No e Mail address either. Carrier pigeon anyone????? ?

Great store, great staff, great customer service. We bought a product and it turns out that there is a problem and they refund us as soon as check the product. Without a question, without any problem.. I am their loyal customer from now on.
