I went in this morning as my iPhone had an issue with the screen. The service team couldn't be more helpful - diagnosed the issue in minutes and screen replacement within the hour - really impressed!

Just bought an Apple I phone 15 Pro Max from here. The young assistant was incredibly helpful and friendly and clearly knew his stuff. He told me I may have to wait until the end of Nov for the delivery but it arrived within a week! Excellent service and a very satisfied customer!

Great team, especially the gentleman who has worked there for 6 years - I needed an upgrade, of which this was previously delayed by another store the day before. I called in the morning, and was walking out by late afternoon with a new phone without any problems at all. Fantastic customer service, very precise and got the job done!

Meghan gave absolutely superb service and is a huge asset to the team at Select.As a cancer patient getting in an out of town is trickier for me. When I first went in the phone I wanted was on its way in. So she called me when it arrived and helped me out with all the accessories. Along with applying the screen protector and putting the sim in for me. 5* service.All staff members were incredibly knowledgable, helpful and friendly. For which I am very grateful.

Such helpful staff! I purchased an Apple Watch and wasn?t sure what would be the best option for me, Meghan helped me finding the best option for me, let me try the different sizes and even helped with the set up with the watch on my phone too! Amazing customer service and beyond helpful! Definitely recommend going there!!

My Apple stopped working and the Apple Fremlin team worked for about an hour trying to get it to start working ? sadly to no avail as it needed to go in for repairs. The time for repairs was going to take too long so we made the choice to replace the computer. Matt was so helpful he patiently waited while debated over which model to get. He showed me the specs over and over again until I finally made my decision. An all round fantastic service experience ?

I bought the screen protector plan which initially they said you can have unlimited replacement. First time ever come to get it done, they said to it should only be a hairline, anymore than this they will not change it. Either way you will only change one screen protector for your customer . If you dont want to change it then when you make the sale dont even mention unlimited replacement. Just tell us £23 for a screen protector that if it cracks then you wont do anything. Don?t advertise something that you wont live up to. Very Disappointed! Im not angry over the £23 because I can swallow that cost. I?m angry at staff attitude.
