Ordered a pair of work boots on Thursday with same day collection, ordered then it said I had to go in the next day and collect, bit the bullet and accepted it, next day got a text saying it'd then be a day later, and then another text followed the next day saying they had lost my item, ended up having to call them and the lady on the phone was insisting I pay more for a more expensive item or wait until they decided they wanted to get my item in, I don't get how you can ask a customer for more money when you haven't delivered the initial item, really disappointing honestly, I've had to call them again today to be told the item was delivered this morning, yet I got no text or anything, 4+ day wait with no sms, I've lost alot of money this week due to having no work boots and it seems to me they're just not bothered, last time at this screwfix.

Bought fan with in next day pick up, got the message from them in the morning its ready to be picked up and when went to the shop They saying its shut coz they fixing the roof. Surely them jobs been planned so at least could let customers know..

Needed a lot of help, as mother in law who is 83 and got cancer toilet syphon packed up and couldn't get a plumber. The first lady was very good but got another chap who could help me as more experienced . I got what I needed, first class service.

Get a text message to say order is at parkwood maidstone. Go there to be told not there. can re order for the next day. Don't know who's responsible for sending messages. But a wasted journey. Got a refund. Will not bother with them again ?
