Terrible service refused to help. No point having this store open to be honest everyone including management was rude. Worst part is I used to work for Santander and know the policies and they just made our life so hard. All we wanted to so is close an account.

Service was usually great but I am not happy with the fact that i had to go in twice to change my name, had the sufficient documents with me and they lost them and my details still havn't been changed. It is an utter joke.
