Absolutely amazing shop, Always has the stock I need the staff are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly, easy to talk to and not only helpful to me but I've witnessed them countless times be courteous and kind to others and also be super helpful too.
I really feel like I need to explain how excellent the service the staff provide is. Everything I ask for, and I ask for a lot, is dealt with a fantastic attitude. The atmopshere is easy, the staff are welcoming and I have absolutely no complaints.
It went from a shop that I accidentally went to one day and asked a quick question about an item to feeling like a place I could go to time and time again.
I highly recommend the shop, it's excellent!

Helpful staff when I collect items from there, however, to get a space to park for few minutes outside the shop, it's impossible. There are cars parked to allocated spaces that just park there for ages and not for 'loading'. One of the staff member kindly had to bring my items to my car whilst I was awaiting outside, very considerate of him.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick at the shop today. He was so helpful, showed very good customer service and he was very friendly too. I wanted some printing done and he gave me some great advice regarding my printer. He was very knowledgeable and I was grateful to him for his time and expertise. I did try snappy snaps first but they were not interested in helping me, the lady said they only print photos! Keep up the great work Nick!

Today I visited Ryman?s stationery store in Maidstone. The object of my visit was to send a package by DHL courier?s to a remote island in the South Atlantic, which I considered to be rather complicated. Carrie and Nick at Ryman?s completed the process of supplying the packaging and completing the paperwork quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This is the second time I have relied on Ryman?s to send a package for me, and they have my sincere thanks for their help.
