I would rate 0 if I could. Waiting in line at the post office for ages whilst it somehow takes 2 people to stick some stickers on one personsâ?? package, and then when itâ??s finally my turn they start serving the shop customers who have only just walked in. Now Iâ??m a patient person and I donâ??t mind waiting a little but what I canâ??t tolerate is lack of manners. When it finally is my turn I donâ??t even get a hello, let alone â??sorry for the waitâ?. What I do get is ignored whilst the cashiers talk about their tills and a receipt put on the desk in front of me. I had to ask if we were all done as she was walking off. Manners and a smile would have compensated for the wait. Perhaps your staff would benefit from a customer service course.
