I am sorry but this review is for the manager in Maidstone branch. The way she treated me today was rude, aggressive and sooo unprofessional. The manager is a face of the store and should have skills managing customers the way she behaved was shocking? very disappointed and actually cannot believe that I had that experience in your store.

I visit this place very often, I can say that it is one of the best shops in Kent, everything is always clean, very friendly staff happy to help, it has so many beautiful and good quality clothes that are worth the money you will pay, I want to thank Vilma for her lovely service with a huge smileXx

Bought a jumper from here awful staff they left a tag on by a girl who told me that she was new I Bought it back a week later having released that the tag was on staff refused to take the tag off because I didn't have a receipt and basically called me a liar when I told them who had served me bad moody staff so unfriendly won't EVER spend my money in here again

Website is totally unusable if you are viewing on an IPhone. Cookie page annoyingly pops up which you cannot navigate around. Must be losing a hell of a lot of business with this silly bug!?shopped elsewhere in the end.
