This is the worse primark, hardly anything stock. Never have any new things, dirty, messy, and now they are putting selfie service in? Longer waiting times now.

Huge thanks to Louis and Sean for their excellent service! Louis helped me look for my little boy?s lost jacket and brought in his manager, Sean to help. Despite an incorrect entry in the lost and found book, Sean went the extra mile to check other bags?and found it!
I would also like to thank the lovely cashier at the Exchange and Refund desk. We got onto the conversation about Disney Orlando and she mentioned that she recently visited when she was in USA visiting her son. Whoever this lovely lady is - thank you for sharing some great tips for dealing with the hot weather and things to do for my upcoming family trip.

Staff are very rude.
I visited Primark today, and I have to say I?m finally fed up of the young, rude sales assistants who look like they do not want to work there.
On the downstairs tills, while paying for my items, I was served by a young lady who just looked miserable. I didn?t get her name, but she wore glasses and a head scarf.
I usually get asked if I like to keep the hangers and in this case the assistant didn't ask me. And I had only realised that she had bagged all my items with the hangers when it was ready to pay.
I apologised and said that I didn?t want to keep the hangers and she completely ignored me. When she asked me to insert my card, I repeated myself and she just gave me a screw face. She got another bag and just quickly took all the hangers off my items and chucked them into another bag.
I?m sorry if I didn't tell you in the first place. But really she should asked me first, which is what I usually get asked when I am at the till.
I have worked in retail a lot longer than that girl and even on my worst days and when I?ve had the most rudest customer, I?ve been polite and smiled.
I know me not going to Primark anymore will make any difference to your sales, but I?ll be shopping elsewhere; I am fed up with inexperienced, young kids working as sales assistants at Primark Maidstone who literally treat customers like we have made their day a living hell.

Organised and orderly. Easy to find and clean inside. Pleasant cashiers but could do with a little more training. I did go at the end of the day so was really quiet.

It is what it is. A Primark like every other. However, there was limited sizes so my son could t buy what he wanted.

Honestly bad experience with the store manager apart from that All the staff members were so kind and Soft hearted.

The staff in the maidstone branch are wonderful and so helpful
having had a hip replacement a few weeks ago, I visited the store. Claire upstairs was first on hand to help me get the right size jeans for my partner. Then the young girl, who was heavly pregnant on the till downstairs was a total delight ! so kind and helpful.
primark you should be so proud of your work force ! its a 5 stars from me.
