Staff were excellent, food was very good (dinner & breakfast). Room as usual, clean and large enough for family of 4 for the night. Air con wasn't very strong. Carpark booked with yourparkingspace, not very big, few additional overflow spaces in hotel underground carpark.

The hotel it self isn't bad, I got changed rooms due to renovations and the room I got moved too had walk in shower which is extremely slippy, not safe at all, location for the car park is not safe for cars due to sharp turns and not enough room for getting round cornerRooms: Room smelt of paint and unsafe shower

Great staff, very clean, very comfortable with a large car park. This is a great premier Inn. Faultless service , great breakfast, large and very clean rooms. The only thing they could do with doing is changing up one of the double sockets in the bedrooms to a USB one.

So i check in a decided to have a snack for the vending machine the crisps I wanted got stuck in the machine on its way down... Went to reception the guy came shaked the machine 7 times the crisps still didn't come down so the receptionist told me there was nothing he could do to get my crisps out and that I would have to call a number on the machine as he doesn't have a key because they don't own the machine other company does.. So After just paying almost £1.50 by card he wanted me to walk away and leave my crisps lol..... So then I decided should I try again so I did and ended up with two pk of crisps when I only want a quick snack before going dinner..... Second problem I had was after paying for parking I was in my room then my mate came to the hotel to see me when he came up he said he paid £7 for parking so then I woundered why I paid £14 so I went to reception trying to sort and guess what he said the car park doesn't belong to them and I have to call a number on the machine lol I was like to myself here we go again... I tryed sorting but wasn't 100% straight forward... So i gave up and took the loss ??

Heating didn't work. WiFi unreliable and slow. Parking woefully badly signposted. Staff decent. Food was nice.Honestly, Holiday Inn is much better.

My wife and I moved away from the Maidstone area this year and came back down to visit family and friends before Christmas.We needed a place to stay that was pretty central and this premier Inn was awell situated Hotel in the center on Maidstone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was easy, but you do have to pay to park there.The breakfast was buffet style, but was very nice and well presented. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the towns shops and the M20 motorway is only a 5 minute drive away. We will definitely use this Premier Inn again when we come back again to visit

Cannot go wrong with this hotel.The hotel is right near the little town centre and good location for walking to restaurants and other areas.However, the only down side is that the shower needed a bit of renovation/cleaning. The water was not draining quick enough but accumulating in the shower sink.Apart from that I always use Premier Inn.

Stayed here for business. Very clean etc. However why is it none of the windows open. Air con is very dry air. Also again as most premier inns. Terrible WiFi. But you can upgrade for ultimate WiFi. For more money. So what's wrong with normal WiFi. Seems a con. Also terrible condensation on Window.

Staff really don?t read peoples notes did not get the right rooms got keys to other peoples room then walked in on them. Had to wait till over 1 o?clock in the morning to try and get a room for the last person in my party and then another couple from the party was locked out at 4:30 in the morning saying they didn?t have a booking as they cancelled their keys

So me and my 2 friends booked a family room cause at this time we didn?t know that you could only have 2 adults in one room, so we all checked in and the man at the check in desk only asked for 2 of our names so we said okay and we gave him our names. We left our room to go out clubbing on Saturday 28th October, one of my friends decided to leave early so we gave her the keycard to get into our room, me and my other friend then stayed out for a bit longer and we got back to the hotel at around 3am ish. We didn?t have the keycard to get into our room so our friend was going to come down and open the door for us as well as let us back in the room, before our friend could do that there was security waiting at the sliding doors. He then opened the doors for us and asked us for our names, we told him. He said because my friends name wasn?t on the list she wasn't allowed up there, we then explained about how the man at the check in desk didn?t ask for her name, our friend then came downstairs and then the security guard got the manager. The manager told us no visitors were allowed past 11pm and we told him that shes not a visitor and that she?s staying with us, we were let up into the room without any problems earlier, he then kicked our friend out and told her that she will have to find her own way home. He wouldn?t even let her go up to get her own stuff together after she had said that the manager can come up with her and watch her pack her own stuff. We told him theres no way of us getting home so can we just go up to the room and leave when the trains are running again, he told us thats not his problem and that we have to leave. Whilst this was happening this man was trying to help us out by saying that one of us can stay in his room cause he has paid for 2 people to stay in his room but he?s the only person in there at the moment. The manager told him that?s not allowed, the manager then called the police trying to tell the police that this man was threatening to kill him when he in fact was not. My friend then had to call her dad to come and pick us up at 4am in the morning. We also explained to the manager we aren't from here and we live in sheerness and he still told us its not his problem and that we have to leave.
