We used this Premier Inn as guest for a wedding being held at Kent Life. The location was perfect. The room was as expected. A standard Premier Inn room. It was clean and suitable. The staff were polite and attentive. Check in process was simple.

Arrived there on a whim due to driving all day. The lady at the front desk was really lovely and helpful. Let my daughter take a board game to the room. Would happily stay again.

stayed here for one night, pretty much a standard premier inn but a bit tired and no air con so room was very hot although they did provide fans.

Disappointed what a budget hotel is changing around £95 a night. They don't clean the rooms when asked . They charged £15 for booking in early, which was £10 .
At other Premmier inn hotels, they started charging £8 for parking your car. You don't get the service you once got very disappointed

Great location, even had a park run on site to join on Saturday along the river. Hotel does need an upgrade but still extremely clean. Check in was quick and staff friendly and helpful

Premier Inn are always reliable, reasonably priced and comfortable rooms. This one just off the M20 is no exception. Friendly, efficient team and excellent night's sleep.

Place was a convenient location lovely views from the Beefeater
Rooms: Rooms were basic , comfortable bed , bed too high had to climb into it . Legs on bed were dusty and so was the edge of the table and underneath. There were 2 of us but only one bath towel, and hand towel and a thicker towel . Drink as much tea and coffee as you want.

We enjoyed a very pleasant weekend , the staff were very helpful particularly Karen Barker who greeted us at the hotel reception , she was friendly, kind and made us feel very welcome.

Just what you expect from a Premier Inn. It needs a refresh and air conditioning would be an excellent addition. There was a fan provided but the building was too warm for the fan to make a difference with only very minimum window openings. The Beefeater is terribly understaffed in the evening.
Noteworthy details: Nice walks along the river.
