We?ve just had a beautiful stay at premier inn Wateringbury. Rooms are clean, as always but a bit tired. Could do with a spruce up. Holes in net curtains and the side tables wearing away badly BUT beds were comfortable and Sylvia the receptionist was absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was top notch and so was the service. We will be back. Thank you

As you expect from Premier Inn, clean, efficient and comfortable, quiet location with convenient bus into Maidstone town centre so we didn't need to drive. Small room but all we needed for a mid-week overnight for work. Pleasant pub next door with decent pub food in a nice garden. Would go again.

Forget sleeping. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door or above. When switches are turned on/off, conversations, TV etc

Came here on a business trip and loved it as the staff were very helpful. The food was Fantastic and one of the Staff members called Sergio was very helpful and giving me directions as I was new to the area

This place needs some work. It's an older building which is fine but only if they maintain it.
It felt dirty and run down, and to add to that, our room was incredibly hot and our toilet ran all night, with issues flushing. The front desk person basically said there was nothing he could do, including move us as they were full (which I understand), but it made for fairly sleepless night. Hopefully it was reported to maintenance and fixed.

Front desk very accommodating and helpful. Usual high standard of rooms from Premier Inn. I would stay here again.
Noteworthy details: Front desk did their best to get me the best deal available for a few nights.
