This Poundland is the worst! On the shelf, it costs 50p, but at the counter, they claim it is £1. Since the store isn't comparable to other Poundland stores, the management should be changed! Everything is messed up and dirty every time!

Manager never orders carrier bags deliberately so customers either put the shopping back or waste money on a bag for life. The one inside the mall is always well stocked with bags and never has this problem. I imagine there must be a target set for selling the bags for life, I shop there most days on lunch so I now walk further to the mall ad to not waste a couple of pounds a week on the bags

The Poundland staff member who worked in the morning ( I can?t recall her name :() was absolutely lovely and delivered exceptional customer service. I am very appreciative. Give her a raise!
