Exceptional service on Saturday before bank holiday weekend. I was rung back after a missed call, then again that the part I needed was in stock. I could not find it anywhere else.

What great service from start to finish had an item that needed to be special ordered from abroad, the wrong item turned up (got to love a part number)and the staff were so helpful in sorting it out. The replacement was in store the next day ready for collection. Its good to see such great customer service. I would definitely recommend there service to anyone.

After visiting the Chelmsford show room, where the service was excellent. I visited the Sidcup branch to arrange delivery and the staff were also excellent, giving a delivery to within a one hour timespan.

The staff members in each branch seem to be very knowledgeable in their field, and have advised me in the past on my heating and plumbing questions.
