Food basically looked as expected, unfortunately ended up in the bin. However service when collecting food was awful.
Stood for over 5 minutes as I watched two blokes in the kitchen carry on with their tasks. I said hello and tried to get the attention of the individuals several times , I think they did hear me and chose to kept me waiting .
The young man that eventually saw to me , had the worst attitude when speaking to me and the look on his face said it all. He does realise without the customers he has no job , right ?
The older man in the kitchen dressed in his own clothes who for all I know was a member of the public ? Long greasy hair and beard on show and no covered up . Are these individuals not food safety trained ? Does cross contamination and foreign bodies not mean anything to this man ? After collecting my pizza , I don?t mind admitting it went straight in the bin out the front , seeing this man working in the kitchen without the correct uniform and Ppe was sickening . Such a poor experience and £30 down the drain. First and last time using this branch , possibly last time using Pizza Hut .

Was pretty decent actually, they've changed the base since the last time I had pizza hut and it was so much better, gotta love them garlic sprinkles too

Issues with food: no garlic whatsoever on garlic strips so it was cheese on dough and looked nothing like the photo online.
We paid for additional topping of three cheese blend and received a regular margarita. All of our orders wanted deep pan bases and bbq chicken wings but they didn't serve them at this PH???

A little bit of a strange review as the standard of food was not bad it is more of a service issue due to a long wait time of being seen by anybody to collect food. There is no indication by the looks of things that they know anyone has walked through the front door, and you have to stand for a while looking like an idiot waiting for someone to acknowledge you are there.
Again, food quality is as expected for a takeaway they usually have a good deal going on that you can utilise on.

Lovely random lunch time meal. We had pizza and a couple of sides. Pizza was well prepared and good quantity for the price. Also the order came in good time. Staff on the phone was helpful and friendly. Would recommend to others.

Always late with delivery and even today, they wrote that it was delivered, but in fact it wasn?t, we?ve been waiting for an hour already!

Apart from the fact my order took 2 deliveries, it was the worst tasting pizza i have had. The hand spun base is so doughy you cannot enjoy the toppings, what there is of them.

Just ordered from this place. First time. Usually get our pizza from Dominos Barming, but frankly, they've been really inconsistent for the past few months so the other half and I decided to try Pizza Hut at Woodville Rd.We were a bit nervous, never having ordered here before and seeing the google reviews, but we needn't have been. The pizza arrived a little late, but still hot. The delivery driver explained why and it was a legit reason (local traffic has been terrible lately.)The pizza itself? Amazing. Unlike the other big pizza company, this Pizza Hut pizza had such depth of flavours. No over powering ingredients that dominated the pizza. Instead you got a real medley of flavours that worked well together. The base was crispier and more filling too. The dip was again more subtle but more satisfying than I'm used to from Dominos. It was creamy rather than acidic.Not only was the pizza better, it was cheaper too.I can't speak to the culture or managerial attitude at the store, but I can say that the food I ordered was on point and worth the money. Thank you!
