I have used Pickwick twice now and the customer service is above and beyound. The staff were so helpful today and really took their time evaluating my rings. I will be going back and highly recommend!

Went in today to sell some broken scrap jewelry took my passport and driving licence and demanded to no where it came from, very rude, basically insinuated that It could be stolen even though I had my passport and were on camera, tried paying £2 a gram less than any other shop, so i said I would go somewhere else then...

Poor service as refused to sell me £150, in Euros as I was not "local". Staff rude and Management would not even interact with customer. I will not shop here again. Please avoid at all cost. I would have given Zero Stars if allowed.
