The staff coped wonderfully with my Brownie group last Saturday 20 girls and three adults. The staff made us very welcome and the girls loved their cakes. Thank you to everyone there.

I came here for an afternoon tea after receiving it as a present for a birthday on ?buy a gift?, and was extremely disappointed. The food was sparse and was not the best quality. The woman who served us lacked communication skills severely and after telling us the drinks were refillable, never came back over to check if we wanted another. The finger sandwhiches looked unappealing and dry and my friend quickly put it back down once finding a hair in it. We felt extremely ignored and just left in a silent cafe with no idea of what we were supposed to do. We decided to get up and leave after eating the scones to which they just said ?thanks? across the counter. Will not be going back!!
The only nice cake was the small chocolate one, the others were WET and had little to no taste.
Since leaving the cafe, my friend has horrific stomach pains and feels sick? mentioned by another review left on here?! The food hygiene there is horrific ?

Bright clean, good location. Shared a cream tea with the wife. Sandwich he's were fresh and tasty, with a good veritity of cakes. Scones were warm, with a pot of jam each, but cream to share. As always the wife gets the larger half of the cream

A RIP OFF disgusting, my daughter paid £30 through buyagift for afternoon tea for 2 people. All you get is a scone each little pot cream little jar jam and 1 hot drink each. NO sandwiches NO cakes.
CANNOT call that ...Dine In
Would NEVER go there again. Equates to £15 for a scone bit cream bit jam hot drink

We had read awful reviews about this place but we had a voucher to use for afternoon tea so we went anyway!!! The service was good the place was clean the food was lovely? we couldn?t fault it. Also, a big thank you to our waitress Harley, Yvette and the gentleman there serving (I?m sorry I didn?t catch his name but think it began with an X), who were all very attentive. It?s definitely worth a visit

We were gifted an afternoon tea, which was enjoyable, however?If you were to pay for it yourself it isn?t really worth it. Obviously the food you have is only small but it is the experience that counts and unfortunately our experience wasn?t very good!I am very understanding that shops get busy and are sometimes understaffed, however the cafe was almost empty, which was a factor towards the sort of awkward atmosphere. But that could have been our timingHowever the staff were very insistent that we payed online which I really was having trouble with, and as a young tech savvy person, I can only imagine how difficult this could be for someone older.On top of that, we weren?t welcomed that well which is pretty importantEventually I payed at the till and we were served, all was well but due to the awkward atmosphere we didn?t stay for any refills ?Ahh well it was an experience but we probably won?t be doing it again

Enjoyed an afternoon tea with the family here - nice sandwiches, scones and cakes. Good and tidy decor with really friendly staff. Would visit more if it wasn't quite so pricey.

Had a rather nice cream tea here the tea was superb and not made from the usual tea bag but made with old fashioned leaves and there was three cups in each pot the scone was hot n buttery and full of fruit. A rather pleasant experience
