Looks like Odeon completely forgot how to give a good experience. First time I've been to a cinema in forever only to be met with no clear indicator of where to buy popcorn, drinks, and tickets.Turns out it's a self-service kiosk like McDonalds now.All the more reason to hire less staff, and annoy customers. I am very much against this approach, no matter how much money you save.

We had a lovely burger and a drink from stalls in the foyer . Lovely clean tables . Food delicious. Then we went in cinema to see Bob Marley One Love. Lovely seats , very comfortable. We had a wonderful wet Thursday in the Odeon complex .
