I had such a good experience with Liv recently who sorted out an issue with an old credit card. She was so patient and was conscious of my wait time; she continued to sort the problem after I had left the branch, with a follow up call to assure me that everything was now sorted. Hugely appreciated her professional and warm manner- thank you.

We were extremely happy with the excellent service we received from George whilst switching one of our accounts. Called in this branch as we had an ongoing problem from the previous day at Herne bay, Olivia took us to one side to check through our account,curteously,promptly and efficiently.Leaving us both "happy chappies".Also whilst we were there there was an altercation between 2 men which was dealt with very proffesionally by other staff.Thanks Nationwide for keeping us safe.

Wonderful service from Nic.My mum and I visited the Maidstone branch on a Saturday morning, needing to discuss a number of things, including a replacement card, power of attorney, and internet banking. Nic was exceptional in her helpfulness, with nothing seemingly too much trouble. Nic is a credit to Nationwide, and indicative of why I continue to bank with them after 24 years.
