So, food was great!! Chicken was exceptional. Reason for 3* is because we had a large order and app kept disconnecting and losing order. Had to do it 3 times for 6 people. Although staff were friendly, it wasn't a busy night for them, we all got really annoyed and there was a significant lack of assistance from staff.

I took my family there and I was very disappointed to be served cold food that didn?t appear fresh at all. We were offered free dessert as compensation but what we wanted was not available. We were not advised on what options were actually available for dessert, so you can imagine the disappointment when we were told our preferred choice was not available. Very poor food and service all round, and a waste of over £60.

Awful. Firstly ordered a quarter chicken which came and 80% of it was bone so had to send back. The guy who we complained to did not understand what our problem was. Well we order chicken, we'd prefer to have some meat to eat. Then the ice cream machine broke as we paid for one and we were told to hang by it and the manager would be up shortly to fix it. 5 mins past, asked a member of staff who said she will be up in 1 minute. 10 minutes. Asked again. Told 1 minute. And after 15 minutes approached the manager who was just stood at the till and apparently she had been on the phone for the last 15 minutes. Clearly not when stood at the till serving someone a gift card. Wasn't even sorry, just said "what do you expect me to do? I had to answer the phone".. awful experience and awful customer service from the manger. We paid for the ice cream via card and were refunded via cash as well as she couldn't be bothered to do it.

worst place for delivery drivers.Delivery pod is far in front of the shop,no one takes notice of the drivers waiting outside.Their response to the driver is really poor.This need to be changed

For a customer that orders twice a week Nandos, tonight was a disgrace, ordered the chicken plain in wrap, and lemon and herb in pitta, but as tonight, as probably to.much stock of very spicy chicken, they had decided to put in our food very spicy chicken.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a meal at Nando's in Maidstone, the food and atmosphere were typical Nando's which is pretty good. Five stars for the service from our waitress Hannah who was charming and efficient, a real asset to the restaurant.

Good food, staff, and service.
However walking up the stairs, in the restaurant and on the way to the toilets, you appear to stick to the floor, I would suggest an urgent consideration.

Recently bought grilled chicken wings and 3 of them were completely burnt. I don't know how they serve these to their customers.
