Really have had enough of this pharmacy.
I put in a repeat prescription every month to my doctors. Doctor sends it over to pharmacy, now they should be preparing it but instead they keep it in their tiny little box and when you are told in a text message to collect it, your then told its not done so you have to wait 25 minutes for it. .. the only time my prescription was ready when i went to collect last month gave erm my details, they handed over i thought were my prescription and instead some other drugs in a bottle. But my name on it. Talk about incompentancy.
This pharmacy is going down hill. Think il get my prescritons done to shepway.

Absolute disgrace, rude staff. Not recommended. You will wait 20mins in the queue , then another 5 mins at the till just to be told its another 20mins for your prescription to be prepared so come back later and queue again in manner that is frankly disrespectful. Well, what can one expect in the middle of Parkwood right?

Very handy location inside the Morrison supermarket. Open on Sunday which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Drop off your prescription and do your shopping. Pick up your prescription on the way out.

I have found the staff and pharmacist very helpful kind and efficient I recently tried other pharmacies only to go back to Morrisons thank you for your kindness and help when needed

Took a prescription to the pharmacy this lunch time since our current Chemist could'nt get the drug anymore. This was dispensed @ Morrisons efficiently & the assistant even bought it to us in the store cafè. Fastastic service, thank you so much.

Staff never helpful , always the doctors fault for not sending prescriptions over , very slow and always long ques , tell you to come back in an hr , I said will come back in the morning , went back next day but still not done had to wait again while they made it up, going to to change chemist now

lovely staff and helpful staff normally a wait for medication which is not so bad if you got shopping to do but not so great if it's getting late and you have 3 kiddies to entertain and no shopping to do other then that a lovely chemist
