Really expensive to shop their now, we ended up putting lots of bits back on the shelf and will go to Sainsbury's or Aldi which are much more reasonably priced. Only good thing was the cafe had nice food and the shop was quite. We won't bother about going back again.

Over 60s breakfast deal great value, but 3xcoffee machines not working, come on Morrisons sort it out!

My local supermarket, not only all your usual food, cleaning and clothing, but this one has a lot of other facilities, large Timpsons which includes it's own dry cleaners, cash tills, hand car wash, very good large cafe, pharmacy, florist, small garden centre, fish monger, butcher, bakery, deli, hot counter, oderable buffet service which is excellent I have used it a number of times for parties, toilets including disabled and baby change. Recycling for podcasts and the kiosk can supply them, recycling for plastic packaging and batteries, Salvation Army clothes recycling in carpark, breast screening unit, electric car recharging points, petrol station. Also offer home delivery, click and collect.
They have great offers, bought ketter outside benches £20 cheaper than anybody could offer online.
Really friendly helpful staff.
I am so glad to have this Morrisons right on my doorstep.

It's ok for a mid week shop. I'm not a regular shopper. I prefer Aldi

Empty shelves, dirty fridges and freezers, downbeat and fed up staff. Does anyone have a magic wand
Sorry nothing changed
Seems like they do not want to learn from customer opinions
The freezers and fridges are still disgusting. This is a genuine call for positive action . We now regularly shop at Aldi and Lidl where cleanliness DOES seem to matter. Please do not take my word for it, for a horror trip try the ready meal section ughhhhh.
Sorry Morrison?s.

Worst Morrisons ever. I don't know if it's the locals or the staffs attitude that's worse. It takes over half an hour just to buy spirits as the counter isn't manned. The butchers are not really knowledgeable to the standard you would think they would be. Well the ones I met anyway. Really depressing and disappointing

?They are for someone else?- she said
It?s bad enough that the hot food cooked in the ovens in Maidstone Morrisons branch(Sutton Road) is now put in bags and become wet and soggy.
Today I was happy to see the yummy shanks in the oven, hoping to get one when finished cooking. Only to find out that ?they were for someone else?! Sounds to me like not the done thing and corruption.

Very limited choice of products, quality is not adequate to the prices. Empty shelves and no bags to pack vegetables or fruit. Lucky to find someone from customer service if needed.

Great service

Easy and cheap for printing your photos compare to other shops.
They do duplicate keys and they repair your old shoes as well

Had to wait with two others for about 8 - 10 minutes for BWS service

Nice supermarket with ample parking, a cafe, a petrol station and a Timpson on site. Also a good plant section.

Really grubby. Strangely ( or not) the Oxted branch is a different kettle of fish altogether. You feel like you need a good scrub after using the self service in any Maidstone branch. Any handle/screen is filthy. Not the cheapest place to shop either.

A popular shop, but a busy day with reduced product availability.

I shopped here for years, as an NHS worker I had great discounts. Now they have raised the prices and I no longer have any benefits. When I order groceries online, they arrive broken or expired. Sorry but I will shop elsewhere, it's getting worse.
