I needed a battery replacement ASAP. I called Microspot and spoke to a vey friendly guy who was happy to talk me through potential issues. I took the laptop in on Thursday and he had it repaired within 2hours - no need to send it away or keep it for days which was great because like most I need the laptop for work. Top man, great service and I would definitely recommend!

I took my old iMac computer that I wanted to have restored and working again to give to my Grandson. The guys did a fantastic job, really helpful and completed the same day at a very reasonable price, I would certainly recommend.

I have a 2016 MacBook Pro which apple just vintaged and so they could no longer fix the screen backlight. I get why but I wanted it fixed.Microspot stepped in, sourced a new screen and top and had it fixed in a couple of days.Their engineer was knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I?ll be back for any other Apple stuff I need fixing. And I recommend that you do too!!

Truly excellent service from the first contact to post repair. At first, we sent our MacBook Pro to Apple repair center to run some diagnostic tests for liquid damage and we were quoted beyond economical repair (£ 2,000 +). Fast forward from the stressful journey; Microspot saved us. They are absolutely amazing. Professional and helpful with great communication. Highly recommended!!!!

Microspot is the real deal for all your Apple products not matter how old! Got me sorted in just under 30 minutes at a very great price. My 2011 iMac is as good as new and my kids are happy! Thanks Microspot! Oh - and got a red carpet treatment. My iMac was picked up from my car when I arrived and ushered in with a smile. Amazing!

Life Saver. As someone who is heavily into music production I rely on my Macbook everyday in order to do what I love. My Mac was not performing well at all before its service with it taking up to 20mins at a time to load programs. I decided to get in touch with Microspot and they told me to bring my mac strait down to them to diagnose the problem. Within 12 hours i had been called and told what was the issue and also what possible choices I had and within 24 hours my Macbook was ready for collection. I am so happy with the result and would 100% recommend to anyone having any problems with their devices.
