I went there for cheap breakfast but found prices have now gone up. Slow service and upstairs taped off. Would not go there again, plenty of nicer options in Maidstone Town Centre.

Worst management and treatment. Came here at 10pm, ordered food and really need to go to the toilet and they didn't let you use it. Stupid excuses like the water not working...

Late Saturday night, security guard present and loos and most seating areas off-limits. Maybe keeping everyone safe, maybe promoting misplaced fear? There was the most docile hen party I've ever seen in there and if they're not going crazy in McDonald's then no one is.

Absolutely zero urgency or enthusiasm from the staff, milling around, chatting, ignoring the actual in-person customers yet going out of their way to help the couriers collecting orders that appeared on the board after the order I placed.

Today I have genuinely had the worst fast food experience of my life. I ordered my food and when I went to pay at the counter and before I could pay the staff refused to let me pay and let 2 people pay and order food before me. After 10 minutes I was finally able to pay and then proceeded to wat an extra 25 minutes for my food, and when I finally went to eat, I gained severe acid reflux after there was mustard in my burger (I asked for none) and nearly had an anaphylactic shock (forgive my spelling). I won a milkshake on monopoly and at the counter I asked for it but they refused to give it to me even though I was in pain and was treated awfully. Never again. If I could I would give 0 stars.
