When you have to face with a diagnosis ( yes the big C) it is a terrible , devastating moment. Then you feel, it?s just escalating day by day and losing your hair is one of the most terrifying moment. You would try everything to have it back as soon as possible. I heard about the Lush New shampoo bar that I wanted to try. When I visited the shop, the atmosphere was so lovely, just like every time. I felt I can be opened about my condition. The lady who helped me was so wonderful and kind and all of this came from her heart and was so natural. I deeply appreciated it. We had a lovely chat and she was so reassuring and helpful. I felt I?m important; I got every help and information, I needed. I decided to try the shampoo bar and spoil myself and my child with some bath bomb. When I was ready to pay and leave , this lovely lady surprised me with some presents and some samples too. It was soo touching and I cannot even express how much it meant to me. For me it is an expression of unconditional love. At the end of the day we are all human ? we just forget it sometimes. My eyes are watering now and I?m sending ( back) lots of love to that wonderful lady , who were so amazing last Saturday. Thank you !!!

This is hands down the best Lush, the staff are super friendly and a special shout out to Vicky, she makes me feel very welcome and well treated. They love our dachaund who makes a visit now and then too xxx

Nowadays, it?s rare to receive one-on-one customer service in stores, so it was refreshing to be greeted immediately upon entering Lush by Claudia.
She was extremely helpful and friendly, which really lifted my mood, and I appreciated it a lot. I?ll definitely be coming back to this store more often!

My daughter and her boyfriend had an amazing experience by learning how to make bath bombs. She said it was a really nice experience learning how they are moulded, what ingredients are used to make it and getting involved and messy! It smelt lovely and minty fresh. Thank-you to Vicky and the other staff who were very helpful and cheerful.
