Worse experience !! Elfbar vapes dont work!! Have bought and shop are unhelpful?they keep selling vapes that aren?t working. Not useful for customers. Even when opened outside shop. And having shown evidence. Can?t even offer another in place. Fully aware of default.

Wow. Some of these reviews have shocked me. I returned from South Africa 6 years ago to find John still there and new owners. I absolutely support the local community. John and staff have always been welcoming and respectful and the young couple who own the shop are very welcoming welcoming and friendly and I always have a little chat with his wife who is a lovely lady. Her husband is quieter with women customers but still very pleasant and friendly. The stock is great. There is always plenty of stock of anything you want and I will always support them. Very happy with my local shop.

They sell out of date food a lot. Very rude owner that should take some customer services lessons.

Very rude cashier, made my 12 years old daughter leave the shop in tears because she put the money on the counter instead giving it in his hand and told her to leave the shop.This has happened several times. When my husband confronted the cashier the man said that found it offensive and not polite to put money on the counter and told my daughter that she must give the money in his hand. My husband was asked not to come back to shop there or any member of his family if they continue to put money on the counter.I do not understand how putting money on the counter coming from a child is offending.

Shop is good just the bad staff Very Very poor service rude and moody, avoid at all cost, well the moody one's are full-time you have to welcome them to the shop wrong way round ? plus the petrol station is cheaper and more choice
