Lay, the waitress is very friendly in the lockmeadow. She's helpful, friendly approachable always say hello to her customers, always happy to answer queries goes to the extra mile.. I think it's time lockmeadow should train their receptionist as she never smiles or say hello or goodbye to members or even a thank you. Customers service play a very important role in this job. I hope my reviews will be heard. The five star goes to Lay.

I wish it was still David Lyolds. One can't order snack 45mins before 4pm as the coffee shop closes at 4pm. They change the time for family swimmimg reception say one time, the lifeguard one time and in the end a lady made her decision of changing the time for later on. The welcoming from the reception is not like the warm welcome of David Lyolds. There's no time for family swimmimg on the website either. The soap dispenser most of the time is empty and low quality soap. I was shocked one day I saw one lifeguard cleaning the side of the pool with soap and broom and later the dirty water was pushed in the swimming pool...the jacuzzi as well sometimes doesn't work. I go there as its few minutes walk to my house. Only one good thing is the coffee is cheaper than David Lyolds.

I was surprised after negative reviews joined last week staff really friendly the gym and pool area was spotless yes it?s not new equipment previous used in David lloyd but all works well much better than most gyms around the same price free parking and Wi-Fi is coming very happy I chose to join.

Really happy with my experience here so far. Friendly staff, lovely pool, great classes. Crèche facility is such a bonus too, my daughter loves it. Can't comment on the gym as I haven't used it but it looks good.

Lovely welcoming gym with the best facilities in maidstone. Clean and well maintained. Free parking is a bonus too

It was getting bad towards the end of the David Lloyd era and now it's worse!Small print on their website was that there was going to be no new investment in the facilities but we didn't realise that would mean the pool would be constantly closed, it would be dirty and poorly maintained while they boost about painting a wall on social mediaMassively disappointing
