i often visit this pharmacy to be greeted by a middle aged lady with a bob who is often rude and very grumpy with everyone possible this really lets the rest of the staff down. my suggestion is if she is really that unhappy she should consider another career, maybe, not in customer service. really letting your team down

staff is very rude and unprofessional and always waiting for it to be signed off. Prescription is a waiting time around 2 weeks, and when I do get a text to say its ready, they haven't signed it off when I get there.

Always seems to be a problem. The pharmacist is never on time meaning they don't actually open till hours later. Long waiting time. Rude staff. One of the staff actually verbally abused me once. Unprofessional.
