I went here to get square french tips but i got lumpy short french tips and one of the workers couldn?t do a simple heart design!!! would not recommend. The nails with the heart is what i asked for and the nails with purple french tips is what i got. Absolutely gutted and fuming ??

Shellac on hands and feet.The staff were lovely and if I was rating their friendliness it would be 5*.Unfortunately my hands looked as if I had done them at home. They are bumpy and do not have a neat finish. Was really quite gutted as I spent close to £50 for something I could have done at home.

They took care of my nails so nicely , i went to another nail salon a few weeks ago and they destroyed my nails so i let them know here at lavish what happened and they were really nice about it and helped me and they were careful and gentle , overall 10/10Service: Manicure

Walk in to be greeted rudely and demanding I wear a mask and sanitise even though it?s not the law anymore! Had no nail varnish wheel so u couldn?t see the nail colours for normal polish and just overall a bad attitude from the owner!

I had nails done at lavish nails about a week ago and 3 of my nails have already fallen off! I don?t do any strenuous work or cleaning as I?m only 12 so there?s no reason for them to have fallen off so quickly. Really disappointed

I went here this week to get my nails done. At first it seemed a lovely place and the staff were friendly. However when starting my nails they didn't trim the cuticle and just went straight in with a drill :/ My nails were also filed wonky, not to mention she was incredibly rough and hurt my nails whilst filing. She would dig her nails into my skin to rip it away from the glue she leaked onto my fingers, after this my nails BURNED. I've never had my nails done before but I'm pretty sure it's not meant to feel like that. I was left with cuts around my cuticle and glue all over my skin. Oh and on top of it they told me everything was dry and I could leave, but the minute I left I smudged my nail as painted a top coat on top of went nail polish... will not be returning!

Family run business. I had pedicure with shellac. Pedicure chair has massage setting, could have sat there all day.
