I went in with a CV boot issue and a squeak over bumps. The team spent time checking everything properly and managed to get the boot secured even though it was tricky. Really appreciated the incredibly honest and helpful service and I?ll definitely be back.

Half a year trying to sort out a lamp light that was causing a warning signal, Kwik fit told me I needed a specialist and there was an electrical fault. Turns out a specialist was Queens Anns garage who fixed it instantly without any issues! This should have been done in a full service with Kwik fit but it wasn't. Not a serious garage.
The staff are really friendly but the garage isn't really up to par if they can't deal with simple faults like this. I won't be going back

I was towed with a puncture and couldn't be happier with KwikFit. I felt very comfortable in the waiting area, they fitted a new tyre really quickly - and I hadn't realised I'd get free puncture repair/replacement on my new tyre. Very happy

Awful service, booked up appointment for 1 o?clock at 11.15. I turned up 15 minutes early as recommended and stood in the reception for 10 minutes before seeing anyone. After 1 and a half hours I asked what had happened to my car as it was a simple new tyre and was told that it was just being finished then. It was yet another half hour before it was finished. I scanned the QR code to do a survey and received a call quickly. They said they would talk to the manager and get an explanation. Before leaving they finally got through to him and I heard him explain that they were short staffed, so why did they book me in? Why did people who arrived after me get quicker service, one of whom was a walk in. Why if they got their answer from him before I left have they not called back?

I received an outstanding level of service from the centre manager Lewis Smith which was quite refreshing. Lewis was quick to build rapport and also gained my trust by explaining in detail the work carried out. I will definitely be calling again!
