I can not believe it. I must be semi invisible. What poor service. I haven't seen anything like this before. A young man sees me walk another comes from behind the back and neither acknowledges me for 3 mins. I call to the man preparing food and ask to make an order. He says that he has to ask his manager because I have declined his help at the machines. He says I have to make my order at tge machine. I leave and decide to return. When I return in tge store he then returns and has his back to me continuing with his work. I call to him 'hello' he says he can take my order as I requested. I asked why he didn't come back and tell me that instead of giving me his back and ignoring me. He continues on by saying he was about to. KFC, please teach/ train the staff in customer value and courtesy please. It's the basics of delivering a good customer service. Time was 12:12 in the afternoon and wasn't that busy which, isn't an excuse. Disappointed.

Rude ,unpleasant staff , zero manners . First refused to serve me and told me to use the kiosk, mind you I was only customer in there , then turned there backs to me and keep chatting to other colleagues. When order was ready its was literally thrown to me.
Disgusting and disappointing behaviour, I thought KFC could do a lot better . You just lost a customer.

Slow service. Staff standing around but won?t take your order. Force you to use the self serve boards. Items often missing or wrong.

We ordered odd Uber eats and our two large gravy?s that came with the party box never arrived which ruined the whole meal ! When we contacted the driver he said there?s nothing they can do and to contact the restaurant which I did in which the man hung up on us and wouldn?t pick up the phone for ages . We called back on another phone and they picked up so was ignoring us . He then said there?s nothing they can do and to contact uber . Great help he was !! NOT . This has ruined my evening and the food is cold and still nothing is being done about this !!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS

Totally shocking. Ordered a 10 boneless bucket meal for £40 but received the meal 1 hour late and when opened it was so cold and was a wings meal for £18.\nHow can they get the order wrong and deliver it 1 hour later than agreed.\nDelivery driver couldn't give a toss that it was an hour late and the meal was stone cold, just said put a complaint in and he couldn't care less. He even laughed at us.

They close Dine in & toilets at 8:00 although they close at 10:00
I also work in retail so I understand closing a little late at maybe 9:30 but they close at 8 which is unacceptable!

As good as any other fast food outlet. Food was up to the KFC standard, so pretty good, service was very fast, impressively fast, unbelievable fast for a KFC outlet, the atmosphere inside the shop was, ok, it's nothing to do with KFC or the staff, just an uncomfortable feeling, but then it is Maidstone after dark.

Quite disappointed we bought a bargain bucket New Yrs Eve the chicken didn't have that KFC taste and the chips seemed strange tasting.The chicken distinctly lacked the herbs and spices taste as if had not been added and left out..We used to use this KFC regulary for many years since it arrived but haven't for over a year now... so thought would go back...Although service was really good the food on this occasion fell well short of the KFC Standard so we will not be using this one for a while

Good service, I ordered the takeout bucket meal and went in and out in less than 5 minutes. The same thing has happened 3 times in a row. Good, well cooked food.
Parking: Straight outside the store, got space easily. Great parking.

KFC is always tasty, but this store in particular doesn't have very good service and they often miss items I've ordered.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered £95 worth of kfc to get roughly half of it delivered , was told to take what we had back , which I did , the manager on duty was the rude and arrogant, after jumping through hoops to get my order corrected , when handed my new order . I asked , do I not even get an apology, to be told a flat out no . Absolutely shocking service, the manager needs to get a different job that?s not customer facing , or go on some customer service courses ,
The actual food was nice when I finally got the order corrected, but the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced
