I ordered my food, gave my friend hers, and i went back to ask if i could wash my hands in the toilet since the toilet has a code on it that customers cannot access without asking a member of staff. I went over and said ?excuse me? the very rude lady didn?t say a word and turned to the other lady and pointed a finger at her, who at the time was serving another customer. The rude lady then made herself an ice cream and went out back to i presume to eat it. very dissatisfied and disappointed

Kfc has gone down hill but this was a joke. The fillet in the burger was wafer thin and dry and crispy, stale bun, soggy salad, missing items from the order and quality was dreadful. The chicken leg was so dry the meat was disgusting was a huge puece missing off of it looked about 4 hours old and tasted no better. I used to like a kfc and ive had some bad ones over the years but this was a joke. Never had a worse meal anywhere. Shambolic especially for the price

the delivery courier did not bring the food ????the kids are hungry, I paid £52, I work hard and they stole it ? I don't have money to order again, I was in kfc, no one helped me, there's my money and my dinner, the kids are crying, how can they do this?? ???????????

Every time you place a delivery for more then 3 people the staff seem uncapable of not messing it up!No Burger today, no chips last time.. poor

Absolutely useless. Avoid ordering from here wherever possible. Not once had an order delivered that has been correct or complete.

Today 03/03/24I ordered from the app for table service and waited for 15 minutes and my food wasn't delivered to me. I had to collect myself while there was a table selection option on the app. The girl that looked like East Asian at the counter wasn't welcoming and rude.During my previous several visits I found them lazy and not customer friendly.Replacement of staff can increase the customer satisfaction.

Literally popped in for lunch, nice clear sign in the door saying issues with mobile app and card payments, not a bother as there is literally a cash machine a few doors down, and it was nice to actually interact with the staff, our server was smiley and happy and easy to confuse which is always fun, literally ordering our food was like two grown ups trying to split the atom. But we got there in the end. We collected our food from an equally happy server and headed upstairs to eat. The bin was overflowing and there didn't seem to be any staff about to empty the bin, the issue was compounded by people still trying to ram waste into an obviously overflowing bin. However a security guard did walk past the bin and attempt to squash more into it rather than finding someone to empty it.
