They did not have my size in store, so arranged a store close to where I live, to try it on. I wasn't sure of my ring size. So they helped me, with the sizing. I asked a few questions which were answered well, this put my mind at ease. Thank you both for all your help.”

“I got my daughters ear pierced a few days ago and can I just say the level of customer service we received was the best I’ve seen in a long time in retail, greeted at the door, we were able to have two members of staff do it at the same time, the manager comforted my daughter the whole way through the piercing process while the other lady talked me through the aftercare and it was lovely to watch her laugh and smile as she told me how nervous she was prior to our visit.
