Dear JD Sports Management,
While attempting to purchase a pair of shoes, I encountered two members of staff on the ground floor who were openly engaged in their own conversation. They neither greeted me nor offered assistance. Even when I approached the counter to complete my purchase, they continued talking to each other, barely acknowledging my presence. At no point did they address me professionally, which I consider unacceptable for a brand of your reputation.
This behaviour reflects poorly on JD Sports and raises serious concerns about the training and standards enforced in your stores. I expect this matter to be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure that future customers do not experience similar treatment.

Went there today just to exchange a trainers for my son and OMG the customers is appalling. RUDE, Rude Rude Rude. Its like all staff are so angry and seems as tho they doesnt want to be there WORKING!!!! JD sports management please train your maidstone branch staff on proper customer service, especially the ladies.

I called them at 12:00 PM and confirmed a pair of shoes. Google maps showed store opens till 8:00 PM. Went to the store at 6:45PM. They was closing. Told the crew members that i was from far away. But they was like robot.

Absolutely terrible costumer service, accused me of wearing a tracksuit when the tag was still on it, the texture of the clothes is different when you wash it, the texture hadn?t changed so therefore it was not washed. The worker lied saying she was the manger and I said to her she wasn?t because I?ve seen the manger before so she lied to me and she gave me a dirty look . Manger is absolutely horrible practically ?little kids working here? only care about themselves and always look bored. Manager didn?t even apologise or return my item, defended her staff when I was the right one .

Thieves. Their till malfunctioned and deducted £50 from a Bluewater gift card. Manager was not interested and refused to provide a receipt or any kind of acknowledgement.
I have been unable to recover this money.

Left work went jd said open till 8 walked it said I had to leave there closing at 7 o?clock wasted trip please change your opening times if your not open at them times

Awful customer service. No staff, long queues, rude staff on their phone ignoring customers. Wrong item returned & now cannot contact the store as no one answers the phone!!
