I could not fault Hunters, they have been so supportive throughout the sale of my property. Selling can be stressful, but they took so much off me and I couldn?t have done it without them. They checked in on me, updated me constantly, and always reassured me when I needed it. I felt like I made such a good rapport with them, and could rely and trust them with anything. I honestly wouldn?t use any other estate agent! A specific thank you to Ben and Paula at Hunters in Maidstone, you?re both so wonderful, thank you so much for all your support :).

I would like to show gratitude to Ben who was the agent on hand to help me with this very stressful purchase. With the sellers solicitors not forthcoming and very unprofessional. Ben, with the help of Paula ensured that they chased the progression. They liaised with the seller seamlessly to move things along and I believe the rapport that Ben had with his seller was a testament of his character. I?m truly pleased with my experience in that regard. Him and Paula were always proactive and happy to answer any questions. The communication on their part was great too! They helped me in what seemed like a hopeless case at a point.

Hunters were truly fantastic through our entire buying process. We suffered through very bad solicitors however Hunters were faultless and went above and beyond to get our purchase over the line. There is a real human touch and a genuine care from the staff there and it was refreshing throughout the whole process. In particular Ben and Bethany who were supportive and chased at every stage. I would love to sell a property or buy a property via them again because it was a delight to have worked with them!

Ben Pomeroy and the team made me feel at ease instantly and the process of selling and buying ran very smoothly. The communication from Ben and the team was exceptional. I would receive regular updates and I really cannot thank them enough for taking the stress away from me. If I do ever sell my house in the future I will be contacting Hunters immediately and requesting that Ben takes the lead again. Over-exceeded my expectations.
