Helen Nunn was able to help with sound professional advice regarding the products and services the bank provides. I was very impressed with the polite and helpful service at the Maidstone branch.

Today I visited the branch in Maidstone. I needed to transfer some money and Liza and Hughie could not have been more helpful. They had all the patience in the world and helped me navigate my online banking and solving the issue I had. I couldn?t be more grateful, thank you so much HSBC.

We visited the Maidstone branch to complete ID verification for our HSBC HK accounts. Although this is not the service provided by the branch everyday, the branch staff called to the Hong Kong branch and found a way to complete the checking successfully. They are nice and professional.

We had such a great experience at HSBC Maidstone with Liza who couldn?t have been more helpful and ended up helping us save fees on an international payment. She had a delightful manner and patient with all our questions. We interacted with a number of staff who were all very attentive but Liza was the hero of the show for us.

Have had occasion to spend some time at HSBC in Maidstone to help with my Dad's account. The staff have been superb - from the initial people downstairs to both Mark and Hughie upstairs who went above and beyond to help get me sorted out. Both Mark and Hughie are/were superbly professional, helpful and reassuring as we went through the many necessary processes over a few meetings. This has restored my faith in high street banking. I recently visited HSBC ( Maidstone, 1-5 week street) to open a joint account and had the pleasure of being assisted by Liza Tester. She was impeccably thorough throughout the entire process and, with great courtesy, even introduced us to Global Money, which was an invaluable recommendation. I went to this HSBC bank Maidstone branch last Month ,I was welcomed by a nice girl who's name is LISA TESTER,This was my second time visiting this branch in the Maidstone, the first experience was also nice ,but this recent visit was so amazing and incredibly service by LISA she make my day really happy, because the way she welcomed me and hear all my concerns without any hesitation,She cleared all my concerns and sorted every issues which I faced with the account .I think we need more people like her . Convey all my best wishes for her .I forgot to give feedback to her ,it's really important to appreciate others if they are doing nice things,so please forward this to her ,She is so amazing in her Work.She is so kind and helpful.

Sadly, they are highly incompetent and are not aligned with or knowledgeable about company procedures, which results in customers having to train the floor staff on what needs to be done to get their issues resolved.
With so much choice in the market these days, I'll never be using HSBC again.
