I bought a pair of shoes from this retailer online end of September and they arrived mid October. They've broken at the seams after only a couple of months and I was told to return them for an exchange. over a week later I'm now being told I won't get an exchange because the damage is from an external factor...all I've done is walk in them. I won't be buying from this store again as the product was shoddy but expensive and the returns system a joke.

They have placed themselves at the top of the market with high-end brands offering zero customer service and if you need to return an item you can exchange or you are given a credit note. They have a small glass plaque on the payment area telling you the returns procedure which if you blinked you would miss it.
I received better service in Primark.
I would not recommend this store at all

Shop was half empty, very disappointed, especially when you see so much online?

I bought a Valentino handbag there. It was nearly 100 pound. I wanted to know if it's a real one and checked where it is made, it was made in China and polyster. I went back to the shop to ask to get a refund as I'm not sure and they can't tell me the reason why the serial number of a real Valentino bag is not inside or why is it made in China. The manager offer me a credit note which I was not happy about so be careful when you buy something there as when you spend your money at Frasers you won't get a full refund like in other stores but a credit note valid for 2 years

Absolute Cathedral of Chavdom. The signs say everything that the multiple energy or fizzy drinks cans left on shelves don't.
Cafe gone, ralph lauren bit shrunk and no longer has the large wooden cabinets making it stand out, womens clothes section shrunk and the entire upstairs replaced with cheap poor quality sports goods.

Should offer funds on returns, the small written notice and receipt aren?t particularly clear.

A 're-skinned' House of Fraser. Looks pretty, but still insanely overpriced brand products. Just do what most people do, go in, see what you like, try it on for size, then photograph the product and buy online to save more than 30% if you're 'Google Savvy'.

Lots of different names to choose from. Nicely laid out and easy to access

Definitely not as good. No cafe and an entire floor dedicated to JD sports meaning 2 previous large shops have effectively been downsized

Massive stocks spread over a vast area. Probably something for everyone.
Incorporating Sports Direct too. Again, lots of stock, choice and makes.
