I walked into Holland & Barrett expecting wellness. What I got was a masterclass in psychological manipulation. They labeled a £34 bottle of CBD oil as £68.99 ? then offered a ?Buy One Get One Free? deal.
The result? Two bottles for £68.99 ? the same price as buying two online, where it?s listed for £34.49 each. No savings. No value. Just marketing smoke.
H&B isn?t in the business of health ? they?re in the business of perception. And perception, when unchecked, becomes deception.
Wellness shouldn?t come with hidden markup. We deserve better.

Shout out to the team at H&B Maidstone. The team are always friendly, helpful and actually care. The store?s always clean and easy to navigate, and if I can?t find something, someone?s instantly there to help. Honestly, top-tier service every time. Keep smashing it! ??

I just wanted to take a moment to give a message to Steve, an incredible staff member who truly made my day. I actually work in the same shopping centre and was on my lunch break, hunting for some vitamins due to some recent health concerns. He went above and beyond to help me out?he took his time to understand what I was looking for, explained the differences between products in a way that was easy to understand, and was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process.
It?s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely takes the time to help, and Steve is an amazing example of excellent customer service. I walked away feeling confident in my purchase and so grateful for his help. A huge thank you, Steve?you?re a credit to your team!

It just sells tablets and "healthy snacks" there's so little actual health food in the shop it's rediculous. Unless you want a full cupboard of different dried fruit. Used to be pretty good and am rather disappointed.

Super store, well stocked - found everything I needed for myself and my daughter.very good vegan range and lovely beauty section. The mallow puffs are so good from there. Health assistant Scarlett was very knowledgable about the protein powders- we got the correct vegan ones thanks to her - thank you Holland & Barrett maidstone!
