Ordered some rolls of wrapping paper on the 1 hour click and collect service, it took 3 hours for it to be ready and it was a selection of various rolls and I understood it will be any selection but I didn't expect three of the four rolls to be identical, I would have minded any rolls if they were all different but not all the same, note to self not to use the service again

Mason was an absolute Gem! He was funny and approachable. Greeted us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Best service I?ve received in a Hobby Craft. Give this guy a raise.

Staff are friendly and helpful, lots of options in store for multiple skills and hobbies. Their seasonal section is always varied and they have a good range of items.
The wedding section is good but I wish it was a little bigger for the major DIY bride vs the usual style pieces :)

Sadly this shop is just overpriced for what they sell, the items are not that particularly good either so they cant claim they charge more for quality, the internet has made this shop irrelevant in the modern age.

Beware 2 Hours parking change!
This is to all customers that visit here they have changed the 3 hour parking time now down to 2 hours parking. I've have been fined for staying over 2 hours. Many people know that it's been free parking for 3 hours for many years and they have very sneaky in changing it without any advertising or warning. Why they would change this I would have thought opposition from Asda, T K Maxx, Hobbiecraft and The Range how does this benefit these businesses if people can't stay longer to shop. Please be aware with the cost of living rising and now the limiting parking time this is indeed a time of hardship and capitalism at it's most advantageous worst.
