Maidstone Branch ... terrible, was ignored at the till, left all the clothes at the till - why bother going in the store, totally uninterested staff. The clothes racks were not great, seems to be only Small or XXL in stock. Couldn't find the related items off the website so will just use that from now on. Not sure why I even shop in town any more, just an awful experience. Escalator was out of commission

As with all h&m stores it seems now there is hardly anyone on the tills I think purposely to make it hard to return items. Waited half an hour then gave up. Love h&m clothes but won't be shopping there anymore

This review is just a heads up ,I used to bring my pomeranian with me on a lead as shop is dog friendly had no issues until a member of staff approached me to tell me that dogs now need to be carried and not walk , this lady had a face mask on so not sure it was for her benefit ,she explained dogs have had accidents etc snd the manager would prefer dogs be carried I told her I will bring his pram next time and left .

Awful experience. There were groups of staff both upstairs and down chatting loudly about their personal life. Avoiding contact with customers. The changing room was like a ghost town. Absolutely no contact with staff. Attempting to pay on the self service check out had to involve a very disgruntled employee as it wouldn?t read the label. I was then informed there?s no point pressing the help button as it doesn?t go anywhere. Miserable experience. Miserable staff.The shop used to be buzzing and have helpful staff. Definitely won?t be shopping there again.

Ordered click and collect as local and often not in to receive parcels. Guy radioed over for help but staff were not willing to help each other. Very frosty attitude. I would never shop here again as no-one on the lower floor to help atall. A shame because it used to be pretty good in here

Some staff is very unhelpfull . I have recived two cupons of 3£ each , but the staff didn? t wanted to help me at all to use them . I activated one to use in store but one manager said that i should go upstairs to use it , upstairs one said that i must spend al least 3 £ , other said that i should spent up to 3 £ , my cupon expired and the just said that they coud do nothing . They saw that o have that cupon and they just didn?t want to help . Very disappointed . I am a active client , i spend so much money on h&m products and when i recive a 3 £ cupon i deserve to have it , its not much but why not to use it if i have it .

Ridiculous self checkout system that involves a young dude watching people struggle with the self checkout when he could just be operating a regular till himself. One person doing refunds that meant a 25min wait as he hung up each garment being returned!! Terrible terrible service. No ability to evaluate a situation and ease the queue times!!! Never come back here!

Left waiting at till for any staff to attend to me for my clothing pick up. Had to hunt for a staff member to attend to me. Terrible service and will not be using click and collect with you again.
