The window sign say 'please come in and talk' so we went in. The response from a sour faced manager was 'make an appointment, we don't do walk-ins. No we haven't any leaflets, everything's on line'!!It is any wonder that banks are falling over themselves to close branches.There's a six figure account that's going to get closed ASAP!!

I went in today for help accessing my Mum's bank accounts as her registered attorney. Sadiqun Nehar spent 30 minutes updating the telephone numbers in the system and walking me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to interact with. Thank you.

After 3 hours by telephone to the Head Office, I called into the branch today when the manager Matthew was very helpful, polite and easy to understand, he sorted every thing out for me in about 15 minutes. Once I arrived home and did what he explained to me everything worked perfectly. He is a real credit to the company. Thankyou very much, Matthew.
