I visited the Maidstone store on Saturday to look at a ring that my husband was going to buy me. Andrew and Sharon were very helpful. They did not have my size in store, so arranged a store close to where I live, to try it on. I wasn't sure of my ring size. So they helped me, with the sizing. I asked a few questions which were answered well, this put my mind at ease. Thank you both for all your help.

Went into this store to buy a new watch, 2 members of staff, no greeting or can I help you even though we were the only ones there, chose a watch from the display and ordered it online with free postage and 10% off.

Sales assistant in store was serving another customer but was very friendly and asked another member of staff to come and help me. Was served by Andrew and he helped me look at different earrings for a gift. Very polite, friendly and helpful. We need to use our shops more instead of buying online, so much nicer.

We visited H Samuel Maidstone looking for wedding rings, Andrew greeted us and was fantastic from the start. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly just a lovely person.
He's truly a great asset to the Maidstone store.
We are very happy with our choice of rings, they look amazing.

Served by Faith. Was not at all pushy. She acknowledged me and left me to browse and was there to help when I asked for it. This is very important as pushy staff would put me off. She was very pleasant and helpful and would definitely use the store again.

Visited the Maidstone store today to buy a chain. I want to say thank you to Adrian and Sharon who were incredibly helpful, full of knowledge and couldn?t do enough to help me buy the right chain. I had a lovely chat with them for a while too. Outstanding customer service. I came out of the shop beaming from the warm and lovely interaction I had with them both. Wide range of products, clean and beautiful environment, awesome staff. Adrian was fantastic. I had two options to choose from. He was alert and conscious of my presence and so could easily notice I needed help and stepped forward to do so. He just described the two and I made my choice without his personal opinion. They were so professional and thorough. I?d definitely recommend.
